Information we collect

Notary On Demand may collect account details you provide (such as name, email, phone, and profile photo), job and offer information, messages and document uploads, payment-related details processed by our payment providers, device tokens for push notifications, and service addresses you enter for notarization appointments.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the marketplace, match users with notaries, facilitate messaging and job workflows, process payments, send service notifications, improve reliability and security, and respond to support requests.

Sharing

We share information with other users only as needed to complete a job (for example, contact or appointment details), and with service providers such as hosting, payment, and push notification vendors who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

You may delete your account from Profile in the app. When you delete your account, we remove or de-identify associated personal data except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, or accounting obligations.
